KS&L 351 Parenting Psychic Children Part 2

One of the key elements in parenting a child with powerful intuitive abilities is understanding spiritual law. Spiritual law is karmic law. They are one and the same and karmic law is always operative. Whether or not someone understands karmic and spiritual laws is irrelevant. Every human being is still bound by those very specific, very critical laws. The more any of us understand about these laws, the more we can live in harmony with the Divine and ourselves.

There are many spiritual laws. Here are a few examples of understanding karmic and spiritual law as it regards a budding psychic child:

Stealing No one is allowed to take what is not theirs. The application of this law would apply to what is visibly not theirs as well as what is psychically or spiritually not theirs. In the case of someone with psychic ability, he of she would be wise not to take the energy of another person. We have all heard of energy vampires. This is a case of violation of the law.

Imposition of Will You cannot want something for someone that they do not want for themselves. If a child has the medical intuitive ability to see what is wrong in someone’s body, it is important for that child to understand that they cannot simply tell the person. The person has to want to know because once he or she has this information, then responsibility for the information attaches.

Healing Issues Just because you can heal someone does not mean that the person in front of you wants to be healed. Some psychic children so want to help a suffering person that they simply want to go in and quietly heal them. As with the law above, this they cannot arbitrarily do. The other issue is that if healing is given, and the person does not become healed, often the child will believe that he or she has failed. Even Jesus could not heal everyone because not everyone had the karma to be healed. When healing is given karma will always place limits on what will be allowed.

Requesting Permission Before any psychic action can be taken within another person’s body, home, or on their behalf, the psychic must request permission. There are many examples of psychics who ‘ask spirit’ for permission to enter a person’s home or body and believe that ‘spirit’ told them it was permissible. This is a violation of the law of personal space. Before any action can ever be taken on behalf of another person, before any healing action, analysis or a body or the clearing of a home, the individual must be personally, directly, and specifically asked for their permission. If you are clearing a home and the names of the husband and wife are on the deed, both owners must give permission. Anything less is spiritual trespassing.

Spiritual Abuse A psychic child may not use his or her intuitive ability to influence to abuse or sway the feelings or belief of another person. It is a violation of the spiritual law of ethics to knowingly manipulate another person into believing something that is not true. An example would be the psychic Mom, who simply doesn’t want her teenagers to leave the house that night. She is not having a premonition she is just being controlling. However, she abuses her children by making them believe that something terrible will happen to them if they leave the house. Never abuse your ability for the sake of accruing personal power.

Violating Free Will No psychic can violate the free will of another, even if they think they are ‘helping’ that person. In this regard, this is a variation on the issue of spiritual abuse, requesting permission and wanting something for someone that that person does not want for themselves. An example would be watching a friend play a violent video game. You may sense that this person is going down a dark road. If you do and you gently make a comment, if you find that your friend categorically rejects your comment or suggestion, then you have to walk away. Every person is entitled to his or her life experiences and you cannot interfere with their free will to experience even the dark side of life.

The more a child explores his or her psychic ability, the more critically important it becomes for the child and the parent to explore the concepts of Spiritual Law. Once the concepts of spiritual law are understood and incorporated into the child’s spiritual awareness, practice and ethical fabric of their lives, the more surely they will follow the golden path of spiritual evolution.
